Trip overview

ZipFlyer, built by High Grounds Adventure in Pokhara, is the longest and steepest zip-lining option in Nepal. Along with the thrill of zip lining, this experience offers picturesque scenery of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre ranges and the beautiful Pokhara city with many lakes on its north-western outskirts.

The zip line is 1850 meters long and has a vertical drop of about 600 meters. The starting point is the hill of Sarangkot, and the endpoint is at Hemja. The zip line attains a maximum height of 1500 meters from the ground at a certain point. If the weather and wind condition is the best, you will achieve a speed of up to 120 kilometers per hour. The best feature of the Zip Flyer is the 180-degree panoramic view of the mountain ranges. If you wish, you can do it along with one of your friends or family member as per your preference.

As a part of the zip lining package, you will enjoy your classic American breakfast with an astounding view of sun rays scattering on the snow-capped mountains early in the morning before zip lining. The menu can be modified as per your dietary requirements. The other package offer includes zip-lining down to Hemja from Sarangkot and then performing a bungee jump from the tower bungee spot at Hemja.

We will arrange transportation for all your activities. As per your activity timing, our vehicle will pick you up from Lakeside and drop you back afterward. We conduct a zip lining throughout the year. Our only requirement is that the client must weigh in between 34 to 140 kilograms and must be older than ten years.

The only other alternative to Zip Flyer is zip lining at Dhulikhel. It is easier to access, as it is closer to the capital city. The zip line at Dhulikhel covers a distance of about 1100 meters. The speed ranges from 60 to 95 kilometers per hour, and you get to choose between tandem and superman styled zip lining.
